Location: 222 Jarvis Street, Toronto (Onsite)

Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day

Must Haves:

1. 7+ years of experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM Solution implementation
2. Experience with developing business design document, functional & non-functional requirements
3. Experience in developing functional design document

Nice to have:

Experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Model would be an asset.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Technical Solution and Development Skills - 40%

1. At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe AEM technologies
2. Experience with developing business design document, functional & non-functional requirements
3. Experience with developing high level application flows to support the business requirements.
4. Experience in developing functional design document
5. Experience in creating detailed process flows, developing high-level screen designs that map steps within a process to actual views in software solutions
6. Experience with solutions and designs with user experience and accessibility (WCAG/AODA)
7. Experience conducting user research and usability testing
8. Experience developing user personas and user journey maps
9. Experience analyzing user feedback and designing solutions to address user issues and pain points
10. Experience creating wire frames and high-fidelity mockups with UI prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD
11. Experience researching and applying industry best practices
12. Demonstrated experience in developing use cases (business/system), identifying and documenting business rules
13. Demonstrated experience with the creation and analytical process of business requirement documents
14. Demonstrated experience in identifying risk and providing solutions
15. Demonstrated experience with creating quality assurance plan and writing test cases

Technology Skills - 35%

1. Demonstrated experience with change management methodologies
2. 7+ years of experience in Siebel and Adobe AEM Solution implementation
3. Demonstrated experience with documenting test strategies, scenarios, plans for user acceptance testing (UAT)
4. Demonstrated experience in creating and updating business architecture artefacts
5. Demonstrated experience with rational unified process (RUP)
6. Experience in developing application view visibility and CRUD (create, read, update, delete) matrix
7. Experience with developing application screen mock-ups and screen flows; translate screen design and workflows into Wireframes and or prototype

Soft Skills - 20%

1. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal

3. Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams

2. Experience with ensuring that corporate QA standards are followed and maintained would be an asset.
