We are seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative . This position is located in Toronto, Ontario , and is a fully on-site role .

No experience required.

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will handle inquiries, process payments, communicate with buyers about purchases, payments, appointments, and equipment pickup post-sale.

In this role, you will :

• Process bidder payments
• Contact successful bidders to advise on payments, appointment bookings, and pickup procedures
• Track customer interactions and report areas of concern proactively
• Maintain confidentiality when dealing with bidders and consignors
• Provide information about upcoming auctions and auxiliary services
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
