About Us : MSX International is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team. As an Operations Specialist / Launch Trainer, you’ll play a crucial role in the solicitation of dealer enrollment and then once enrolled, the professional delivery, installation, and sustainment of the Ford / MSX International Mobile Service Program. Our goal is to improve dealership performance and drive sustained growth.

Responsibilities : As the Mobile Service Operations Specialist / Launch Trainer, you will :

  • Be the subject matter expert and primary contact for all things related to Mobile Service for Ford of Canada Dealers and Field Personnel.
  • Understand how Mobile Service vehicle’s function and train technicians on feature / function of Mobile Service vehicle.
  • Plan and execute tailored virtual solicitation, kick-off, pre-launch and sustainment meetings.
  • Plan and execute on-site training for Mobile Service Technician. Hold alignment meeting with all Mobile Service stakeholders to create dealership processes and action plans.
  • Develop action plans to exceed program goals, focusing on service processes.
  • Share best practices and key success drivers with dealers.
  • Monitor and motivate dealership Mobile Service personnel to provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Create visit summaries and action plans for stakeholders.

Qualifications : We’re looking for candidates who :

  • Are self-starters, able to manage schedule and priorities with little supervision.
  • Have the ability to facilitate meetings and training virtually and in-person.
  • Can adapt to different locations and engage with various audiences (MSX, Ford, Dealer).
  • Possess proficiency in communication and relationship-building.
  • Have successfully managed assigned territories or regions.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with PC applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer).
  • Can leverage relationships to identify and sell the business case for change.
  • Can analyze data from dealer financials and operational assessments to establish action plans.
  • Have the ability to understand, establish and implement effective metrics to keep dealerships focused on growth and ROI.
  • Can influence service personnel and mobile service technicians in the training processes and monitor the results.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Overnight travel required within Canada and United States.
  • Ability to equally accommodate working from home office or remote location.
  • Will provide training (training may take place in United States).

The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXI, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $90k to $95k based on current experience.
