Location areas include Spring, Houston, Aldine, Humble, Conroe, Cypress, Tomball, Bryan, New Caney, and more.

Description:

We seek a knowledgeable and compassionate nurse to provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment. Maxim offers comprehensive training, including for new graduates, to ensure our nurses can deliver exceptional services and enhance their professional growth.

Position Details:

• Enteral Feed/Feeding Tube Management
• Tracheostomy Care (Training Provided)
• Ventilator Management (Training Provided)

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs
• Assess signs of physiologic and psycho-social changes
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data, documenting nursing diagnoses
• Perform other LVN duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in practicing state
• Current Health Certificate (within last 6 months)
• Current BLS card
• PPD test or Chest X-ray (within last year, available in office if needed)
• Reliable transportation
• One year LVN experience preferred but not required
