Innovation Program Management Assistant (Co-op Student)

Kinectrics leads in life cycle management services for the nuclear industry, supporting nuclear power, transmission, and distribution. Our expertise spans engineering, testing, inspection, and certification, backed by state-of-the-art facilities and a team of over 1,000 professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct technical research and develop presentations.
  • Assist in managing innovation projects and programs.
  • Engage with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Support activities include :

  • Investigating new technologies with transformative potential for operations and products.
  • Contributing to new product development, market research, and project monitoring.
  • Facilitating brainstorming sessions and developing IP strategies.
  • Supporting proposals, funding applications, and external collaborations.
  • Researching and presenting on emerging technologies through white papers and reports.

Qualifications :

  • Enrolled full-time in an Engineering, Science, or Entrepreneurship program requiring a co-op placement.
  • Graduate students with substantial industry or research experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Undergraduates should have 3-5 previous co-op terms with excellent ratings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently.

Compensation : $24-$30 / hour, based on experience and academic level.

Note : This is an in-person position at 800 Kipling Avenue, Toronto. Applicants must arrange their own transportation and housing.
