Position: Assistant General Manager

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager looking to join a growing full-service family casual restaurant in Prince George, BC? If so, then we may be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for a proven Restaurant Manager with excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and train employees, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, to step into an Assistant General Manager role with the ambition to eventually advance to a General Manager position.

You will lead from the front and be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, including training, scheduling, inventory control, customer service standards, food quality assurance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also help ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Additional responsibilities will include:
  1. Leading shifts that create memorable experiences for our guests
  2. Overseeing the training of new team members on the restaurant's policies and procedures
  3. Resolving guest complaints quickly and professionally
  4. Managing shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
  5. Developing strategies that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  6. Supporting the management team in promoting a positive work environment
