Job Description

Reporting to the Central Intake and Assessment Coordinator, the Regional Surgical Services Program Clerk 3 supports the activities of the Central Intake and Assessment Centre (CIAC) and its team of Advanced Practice Clinicians.

Employment Requirements

  • Completed secondary school
  • Post-secondary diploma / certificate in Office Administration / Medical Office Administration or equivalent
  • Preference for proficiency with Novari Erequest, Fluency software, and OTN booking
  • Competency in computer skills, data compilation, and entry
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Ability to take direction from multiple clinicians
  • Excellent organization, time management, customer service, and communication skills
  • Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision

Salary Range : $26.588 to $27.221
