Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team in Kolkata, India. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a fully remote position, and upon successful selection, you will be provided with a dialer and an official email address to begin your training. During the training :

  • Our commission starts from ₹ 1000 / per sale to ₹1500 / per sale during the training period depending on the package you sell.
  • This initial commission is a way to kickstart your journey with Kemmisys and encourage you to hit the ground running.

Sales Target : There is no sales target during the training period.

  • Your goal is to achieve a minimum of 10 sales to demonstrate your sales capability. You will be compensated for each sale made on the same day.
  • Based on your performance, you will transition to a base salary structure.

Once you achieve the 20-sale per month milestone , we’ll start paying you a fixed base salary of ₹30000 per Month.

Ongoing Commission : For every subsequent sale beyond the initial 20, you’ll receive ₹500 / per sale.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and target potential customers through market research and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product developments.
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of business development principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is an asset.
