The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and technical implementation of front end components and user interfaces, creating innovative solutions that engage our users and support analytic problem solving and complex data visualizations.
Please Note : This is a hybrid position and will require at least 2 days in the office per week. Successful candidates will need to complete a background check.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the web interface for new and existing applications.
- Design and develop backend components / services for new and existing applications.
- Create quality mockups and prototypes.
- Write clean, maintainable, and extensible code that complies with best practices and security standards.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize web interfaces for maximum speed and scalability.
- Monitor and resolve web app performance issues.
- Collaborate with business users and the development team in an Agile environment.

Must Have Skills & Experience :
- Extensive experience with React as a front-end framework, including a deep understanding of Redux, Sagas, ES6, and tools such as Babel, WebPack, NPM, Yarn.
- Experience with TypeORM.
- Experience with data visualization frameworks such as D3 and working with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with unit testing libraries such as Mocha, Jest, Chai, Enzyme.
- Good understanding of version control and source code management using Git.
- Experience working with Azure PaaS, Azure SQL, and Azure BLOB storage.
