Job Description

As a SHIPPING, WAREHOUSE, RECEIVING (SRW) OPERATOR I , you will work at our 3M, OAK HILLS facility. Your responsibilities include preparing, packaging, and labeling finished goods according to customer orders, posting inventory movements, preparing shipping documents, ensuring order accuracy, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper preparation, packaging, and labeling of goods.
• Post inventory movements and process shipments using UPS World Ship and FedEx online.
• Prepare and monitor shipping documents.
• Maintain work area safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Operate PIVs and Work Assist Vehicles.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma / GED, availability for weekend and overtime work, and experience in manufacturing, quality, packaging, warehouse, or shipping & receiving environments. Certification to operate PIVs / WAV within one month is required.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of relevant experience, experience in lean manufacturing, effective communication skills, and certifications such as forklift operation.

Additional Information

The starting pay rate is $22.69 per hour. Candidates must pass the 3M MESP test battery. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth. Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship is required.
