Provides Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home-based and community service settings.

We are looking for Occupational Therapists

who can bring their integrated approach in therapy services to our clients' homes. Our Occupational Therapists enjoy a fun, upbeat, and dynamic environment that keeps them independent and adaptable. They will work with a variety of client conditions, primarily adults, with occasional pediatric referrals. If you want to use a wide range of your therapy skills to improve client well-being and build your passion for Home Care, this role is ideal.

For new graduates, our team offers intensive learning and development opportunities to upskill in community-based work.

Opportunities

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time positions where you can create a schedule that works for you, assigned to geographic areas around Simcoe County, Ontario.

What You Will Be Doing
  1. Assess and build accurate therapy care plans based on the client's real environment, including developing health promotion programs, prescribing equipment, and promoting safety.
  2. Exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions for clients, solving problems that interfere with their ability to perform important activities.
  3. Collaborate with an inter-disciplinary healthcare team, including family members and caregivers, to build holistic treatment goals and service plans.
  4. Utilize a hybrid model of care, including face-to-face and virtual sessions, allowing flexible scheduling while providing support and training.
Skills Needed for Success
  1. Graduate of a recognized Post-Secondary program in Occupational Therapy.
  2. Current active registration and good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  3. Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.
