Job description

Hotel Repair & Maintenance - Part Time (Finance)

Maintains the physical functionality of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas. Performs a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and masonry. Inspects guestrooms, public spaces, and heart-of-the-house areas for needed and preventive maintenance. Records and reports completed repairs and items that need further attention or that require placing a room 'out of order.'

The hourly rate is $23.00, based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
