How you will contribute:

  • Work with a team of talented receptionists demonstrating strong customer service skills while providing phone coverage for all Ahern offices.
  • Process and distribute mail and UPS shipments for our Fond du Lac offices.
  • Manage various projects such as general mailings, downloading, printing, and scanning large-format plans, printing and distributing project status reports, and filing.
  • Identify ways to improve departmental efficiency and work alongside customers and team members at all organizational levels, delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Be challenged to surpass your expectations in a team-oriented environment.

What you need to qualify:

  • One to three years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a technical aptitude for industry-specific software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
  • A commitment to exceptional customer service.
