This job may require travel to Toronto or other locations across Ontario for in-office days, training, or events. In-office days are typically held monthly. Travel reimbursement will be provided in accordance with WSIB policies.
This is a temporary opportunity up to 7 months in duration.
Salary Grade: N06 From: $79,956.17 To: $119,934.26
Play a pivotal role in the analysis of data, interpretation of statistical findings, and the development of data-driven insights to support critical business decisions, help improve strategic initiatives, WSIB outcomes, efficiencies, and individual employee performance. Working closely with Statisticians, the responsibility will include data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting. The role will also engage in providing key corporate metrics for internal senior management and external committees. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring that data is transformed into valuable insights, thus facilitating informed decision-making.
