About The Role

Reporting

The Apprentice M reports directly to the Crew Chief.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carry out maintenance, repairs, and modifications on customer aircraft under supervision.
2. Review and adhere to Avmax's Maintenance Policy Manual and General Procedures Manual.
3. Complete and maintain accurate regulatory and company paperwork.
4. Provide regular updates and report defects and work stoppages.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
6. Observe all safety and maintenance procedures.
7. Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Completion or attendance in a Transport Canada approved AME course.

Experience

• Experience with Dash 8 aircraft is an asset.
