ERP Specialist - Pronto Xi Expert

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pronto Xi Management: Serve as the subject matter expert for the Pronto Xi ERP system, providing hands-on support for configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of the system.
2. System Optimization: Regularly review and optimize ERP processes and workflows, ensuring system efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business requirements.
3. End-User Support & Training: Provide training and support to internal users, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the ERP system effectively and efficiently.
4. Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the integrity of data within the Pronto Xi system by monitoring data entry, developing reports, and providing data insights to management as needed.
5. System Maintenance & Upgrades: Coordinate with the IT team to manage system upgrades, patches, and necessary improvements, minimizing disruption to business operations.
6. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve ERP-related issues, providing timely solutions to prevent operational delays.
7. Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides, process maps, and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Pronto Xi ERP implementation, support, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with Pronto Xi modules and integration.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of ERP architecture and relational databases. Familiarity with system configurations, customization, and report generation within Pronto Xi.
3. Business Acumen: Knowledge of business processes, particularly in resource management, finance, inventory, and supply chain, with the ability to translate business needs into technical ERP solutions.
4. Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP system issues in a timely and efficient manner.
5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ERP systems (Pronto Xi or others) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with system integrations between Pronto Xi and other business systems.
2. Familiarity with report creation, dashboards, and business intelligence tools within the Pronto Xi ecosystem.
3. Ability to lead small projects or initiatives related to ERP improvements.
4. Experience in a resource-based or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
