What You’ll Do

You will assist in all aspects of the design process, from researching trends to sample preparation. You'll help with fabric swatches, color palettes, and CAD needs, along with supporting the team in design meetings and presentations:

1. Research seasonal key trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and innovations that align with the brand.
2. Assist the Design Team with completing CAD illustrations and PLM BOMs accurately and on time.
3. Prepare and maintain design presentations and line sheets.
4. Attend and assist in fittings to ensure quality products and brand standards.
5. Help organize trims, lab dips, hand looms, strike-offs, and knit downs.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Textile Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
• Retail experience is a strong asset.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Suite, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office is essential.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, specifications, and critical product details.
• An eye for detail, color, creativity, and industry insight.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with varying scopes.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
