Overview

Seasonal Ambassadors at Lush are experts in product and brand knowledge, providing exceptional customer consultations and product demonstrations. They foster strong team relationships and contribute to shop excellence in sales and operations. On the shop floor, they surpass daily sales goals while creating a fun, inclusive environment that encourages repeat visits.

We encourage you to empathize with customers and create memorable experiences through personalized recommendations and sharing your expertise. It's about making a positive impact on the world, one bar of soap at a time!

Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Customer Experience: Use StoreForce dashboard results and feedback to exceed sales goals, take ownership of your results, and contribute to overall store sales.
  2. Customer Experience: Deliver a world-class experience by listening attentively, asking open-ended questions, demonstrating product benefits, and leaving customers happier.
  3. Building the Brand: Educate customers on our values, including Fighting Animal Testing, Ethical Buying, and more. Promote community engagement through store events to attract traffic.
  4. Product Passion: Continuously expand your product knowledge to confidently recommend products suited to customer needs.
Team Involvement
  1. Development: Use available resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Seek feedback and opportunities for growth.
  2. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Foster open communication, promote teamwork, and value each team member's contributions.
Operational Excellence
  1. Time and Attendance: Be punctual, reliable, and engaged. Participate actively in team activities and stay informed on company updates.
  2. Visuals and Merchandising: Keep the store clean and appealing to enhance shopping experience.
  3. Stock and Inventory: Adjust displays based on sales data to improve customer experience.
  4. Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company standards for store opening/closing, product integrity, and safety.
