Job Title: Accountant

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting principles and meticulous attention to detail. You will be responsible for various accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and more. If you are passionate about numbers and want to grow in a stimulating environment, we would love to meet you!

Work schedule:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week

Languages:

Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken

Main Responsibilities:

• Establishing good contact with clients and suppliers
• Payroll management (bi-monthly)
• Participating in year-end audit files
• Collaborating with various departments (finance, sales, consulting, development, IT)
• Performing office tasks such as word processing, filing, record keeping, photocopying, and mailing
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Handling mail reception and dispatch
• Entering, classifying, and consolidating invoices (monthly)
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations
• Making electronic fund transfer payments
• Managing invoices related to company credit cards

Requirements, Skills, and Knowledge:

• Certificate, technical diploma, or bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Business One
• Resourcefulness, autonomy, and initiative
• Positive attitude, motivation, and team spirit
• Attention to detail, organization, and rigor
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively
