Our main AI agent, Scibot, helps automate experiments, manage data, and deliver insights. We move fast, collaborate often, and push the boundaries of biotech R&D.
We’re seeking a Senior AI Product Designer to craft user experiences driven by advanced AI.
You’ll work at the intersection of design, engineering, and biotech R&D. You’ll ensure AI-based features are intuitive, beautiful, and truly helpful to scientists. We want someone who can prototype in Figma or code and who isn’t afraid to get hands-on. This person will play an instrumental role in crafting user experiences that create “Aha” moments for scientists.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging interfaces for our AI features, including multi-agent workflows.
Build quick prototypes in Figma / React / Replit / Cursor to validate ideas and technical feasibility.
Understand our backend (Node, Java, Python) and AI stack.
Work with computational biologists and wet-lab scientists to capture domain insights.
Requirements
3+ years designing software that leverages AI or data.
Comfortable in Figma or similar design tools.
Ability to gather feedback from scientists and biotech experts.
Thrives in an environment of fast feedback and evolving requirements.
