Your Contribution

As a Supervisor, you will work in collaboration with the Field Services management and support team.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Supervise a team of Calibration Technicians and act as the first point of contact for technical questions and issues;
• In collaboration with the Scheduling Coordinators, provide support in planning, investigating, executing, and reviewing activities and field work;
• Respond to telephone, email, and in-person inquiries from technicians, fuel analysts, and clients;
• Perform general administrative and record-keeping functions including the review and distribution of documentation, preparation of correspondence, and meeting minutes;
• Review and comment on field reports and quality control;
• Visit client sites to perform Task Observations and Planned Job Observations and to report on progress;
• Conduct training sessions for technicians;
• Review and approve hours and expenses;
• Provide feedback and input into performance reviews;
• Continued field work is required;
• Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules.
  
  

Your Profile

• Previous field experience related to Calibration testing
• Technical training and certification related to Calibration testing including
• Measurement Canada certification
• Extensive knowledge of the Measurement Canada protocols and terms and conditions
• Extensive knowledge of testing procedures for Calibration testing
• Extensive knowledge of how a gas station operates;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Good knowledge of RETS and PIMS programs;
• Strong understanding of document management;
• Excellent English language skills, oral and written;
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset;
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
• Detail oriented;
• Maintain a valid PM1/2 and driver’s license.
