Qualifications

Be the Best Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant You Can Be:

• Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician
• Educate patients and families on home safety and medical equipment safety

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
• Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to all locations
