The Canadian Security Intelligence Service is seeking a Pay and Benefits Specialist to join their team. This role involves coordinating pay and benefits services, providing guidance to employees, and ensuring compliance with policies. This position is eligible for the Pay Market Modifier, valued at 9.5% of the basic annual salary ($77,427 - $94,177 for the Pay and Benefits position). The above includes the 9.5% Pay Market Modifier.
You will have job stability since the Pay and Benefits Section of CSIS is part of the Phoenix Direct Entry Organizations.
Note: Higher levels of education may be recognized as experience. The educational program must be from an accredited institution recognized in Canada. If completed outside Canada, proof of Canadian equivalency is required at your expense.

Eligibility for an Enhanced Top Secret security clearance, involving interviews, polygraph, and background checks. No illegal drug use from application submission onward.
