Are you a seasoned marketing leader ready to drive big impact? We're looking for a VP/SVP Client Partner to lead our Calgary team and grow our portfolio across Western Canada (and beyond). This role is more than client oversight — it's about culture, collaboration, growth, and integrated leadership across disciplines.

You’ll be the senior strategic lead for a dynamic portfolio, mentor a high-performing team, and help shape our office culture. You’ll also lead new business efforts, mine for opportunities, and bring in wins that strengthen our integrated offering across marketing, PR, and communications.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead client relationships and deliver standout work across strategy, creative, media, and digital
• Guide and grow a team of account pros, setting the bar high on quality and collaboration
• Drive new business and RFPs with a proven ability to pitch and win
• Be a senior leader and culture-builder in the Calgary office and across the agency

What You Bring:

• 15+ years of marketing and agency experience
• Strong integrated marcom background (paid, owned, earned)
• A track record of winning and growing business, especially in Western Canada
• Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills
• Bonus: PR, communications, or Indigenous Advisory experience
