  • Digital & Transformation Initiatives: Champion digital transformation strategies that support the bank’s growth ambitions, enhancing digital customer experiences, and operational efficiencies. Oversee major transformational projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes.
  • Security & Risk Management: Collaborate closely with AMA Association technology and cybersecurity teams to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide security standards, policies, and best practices. Oversee risk assessments, compliance initiatives, and internal audits related to IT.
  • Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management: Represent the bank in joint enterprise project and portfolio management committees, collaborating with the Alberta Motor Association (AMA) on strategic IT projects. Ensure clear and effective project governance frameworks are established and adhered to.
  • Stakeholder & AMA Association Collaboration: Act as a strategic liaison with the AMA, proactively collaborating on enterprise initiatives, shared technological services, and strategic investment priorities. Foster strong, collaborative relationships across leadership teams.
