Job description

Vilar do Golf is a leading tourist development in Quinta do Lago, Algarve, managed by Hilton Grand Vacations, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate team member to join our Front Office team.

Welcome owners, members, and guests at reception, offering exceptional service and engaging with them during their stay at the resort to provide an unforgettable vacation experience.

Your Role
  • Manage direct reservations and cancellations.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures and follow up on guest requests.
  • Ensure a warm welcome for our guests and excellence in service.
  • Handle complaints, requests, and compliments from guests.
  • Charge expenses to the guest's account.
  • Sell, upsell, inform, and promote the resort's services and activities.
  • Communicate and escalate promptly any anomalies in the product or service, or incidents involving guests.
  • Keep the front desk organized, clean, and tidy at all times.
  • Participate in the resort's and company's ESG initiatives.
