The Role

• Plan and design employee job descriptions and remuneration packages
• Organise annual reviews
• Maintain accurate employee records
• Carry out administrative tasks for onboarding new applicants
• Supervise the HR department
• Create and amend company HR policies
• Work through disciplinary procedures and termination processes
• Process complaints

Requirements

• 8 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar
• Well-versed in the full HR cycle
• Knowledgeable in employment laws
