What You'll Do

There's no shortage of variety in what we do and how you contribute across different facets of the store such as Merchandise Processing, Visual Merchandising, and Customer Service. Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting a culture of high-quality customer service by maintaining operational standards, providing clear communication on updates, and training Associates on policies and procedures.
  • Planning, prioritizing tasks, and providing direction to Associates in collaboration with the management team.
  • Training and developing associates on merchandise presentation and customer service excellence, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Enhancing the shopping experience by coordinating and driving the timely movement of merchandise, ensuring the sales floor is visually appealing and aligned with presentation standards.
  • Contributing to sales and trend influence by creating inspirational displays in high-impact areas, supporting the store's fashion, brand, and value strategies through dynamic feature changes.

What You'll Need

To start your career with us, you'll have:
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; retail or service industry experience preferred
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, including verbal, written, and active listening
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to identify customer and Associate inquiries and needs, along with strong technical knowledge of register operations
  • The ability to set up and maintain an organized warehouse environment
