Position Summary :

Reporting to the Sales Director, they will provide support in finance, purchasing, and logistics, and is responsible for activities related to factory accounting, including end-of-month reports, production accounting, and related analyses, analyzing the general ledger, coordinating the quarterly and annual forecasting process, as well as preparing financial analysis for internal and external clients.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities :

Safety and Responsible Management

• Ensures a safe work environment to minimize the risk of injury.
• Manages the transport of our finished products and raw materials according to the principles of Responsible Management.

Purchasing and Supply

• Manages purchasing and supply functions effectively to ensure quality service to users and optimize continuity of operations through effective management.

Finances, budgets, projections, and reports

• Produce various reports to support business and operational decisions.
• Participates in the preparation, short and long term, of budgets and cost projections for the factory.
• Works collaboratively with the corporate finance team during month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting and to prepare periodic reporting requirements.

Key Qualifications :

• University degree in Administration or Accounting.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a similar position.
• Ability to plan and organize work.
• Team-oriented and open to communication.
• Good ability to adapt and work in high-pressure work environments.
• Good Time Management and Prioritization of Work.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
