Position Type: Full-Time (35-45 hours per week)
Compensation: $22.50-$25/hour or commission (30%-45%), plus product commission—whichever is greater

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced hairstylists (3-5 years) with a full journey person license.
• Passionate about holistic haircare, with a focus on scalp health and wellness.
• Skilled in curly and textured hair (one stylist specializing in curls).
• Ready to work in an inclusive, wellness-based environment, and open to ongoing education and development.
• Equipped with an existing clientele but open to expanding within a niche market.

Duties:

• Perform cutting, coloring, and styling services, with an emphasis on scalp health.
• Collaborate with Head Spa Technicians to provide integrated treatments.
• Provide personalized consultations to help clients achieve their desired results.
• Offer expert advice on hair care products and services that align with our holistic approach.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Build long-term client relationships by delivering exceptional results and a welcoming, professional experience.
