Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day

Note: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to product retirement
• Experience in leading or delivering user stories
• Experience in using product management tools such as DevOps, Jira, Figma, and Miro (similar tools)

Product Management - 30%

• Experience in managing end-to-end product lifecycle from requirement gathering to product retirement
• Experience in documenting and presenting product roadmaps, requirements, backlog, functional description, and user guides
• Experience working with implementation teams to build and roll out products
• Experience providing support to CRMs and Operations staff

Platform Technologies - 20%

• Knowledge of Web Servers, Application Servers, Tools such as Ansible, Kubernetes/OpenShift Container Platform
• Experience with Application hosting service models, pricing, licenses, platform evergreening

Integration Technologies - 20%

• Knowledge of Gateways, APIs, and Managed File Transfer systems
• Knowledge of various integration protocols like SOAP, REST, GraphQL, etc.

Project Management - 15%

• Experience in developing and managing plans for medium to large projects, including resource management, RAID management, and stakeholder management.

Communication & Presentation - 10%
