Here's how you will contribute to the company’s success:
- Propose, review, and take ownership of technical designs at the EPIC level.
- Contribute to the standards and code review process of the development team.
- Mentor developers of levels 1 and 2 within the team.
- Ensure responsibility and delivery of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) upon request.
- Apply knowledge of SDLC best practices and design patterns.
- Contribute to the technological planning by executing the Product Owner’s vision for the team’s products.
- Identify elements of technical debt within the team and contribute to their prioritization.
- Participate in recruitment and second-stage technical interviews as a standby interviewer.
- Identify opportunities for adopting innovative technologies and best practices as part of the team’s technology watch.
Here's what you need to have and master to get the job:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in developing Web applications, APIs, and SaaS products.
- Knowledge and application of SOLID and DDD principles, with a strong focus on clean code.
- Experience with technologies such as .Net Core, .Net Framework, C#, Angular, EntityFramework, Nhibernate (or other frameworks), Azure DevOps, SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ.
- If experienced in Java and interested in learning C#, an internal training team supports this transition.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- College or University diploma in computer science.
