1. Propose, review, and take ownership of technical designs at the EPIC level.
2. Contribute to the standards and code review process of the development team.
3. Mentor developers of levels 1 and 2 within the team.
4. Ensure responsibility and delivery of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) upon request.
5. Apply knowledge of SDLC best practices and design patterns.
6. Contribute to the technological planning by executing the Product Owner’s vision for the team’s products.
7. Identify elements of technical debt within the team and contribute to their prioritization.
8. Participate in recruitment and second-stage technical interviews as a standby interviewer.
9. Identify opportunities for adopting innovative technologies and best practices as part of the team’s technology watch.

Here's what you need to have and master to get the job:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in developing Web applications, APIs, and SaaS products.
2. Knowledge and application of SOLID and DDD principles, with a strong focus on clean code.
3. Experience with technologies such as .Net Core, .Net Framework, C#, Angular, EntityFramework, Nhibernate (or other frameworks), Azure DevOps, SQL Server, MongoDB, RabbitMQ.
4. If experienced in Java and interested in learning C#, an internal training team supports this transition.
5. Bilingual in French and English.
6. College or University diploma in computer science.
