Salary Range: $34.028 - $42.641 hourly, Grade: SGEU.10
The Child and Family Programs Division of the Ministry of Social Services is seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and skilled Subject Matter Expert to support testing for the Linkin Enterprise Case Management and Payment system, and EBMP project. The position is a 6-month term, reporting to the Manager of Information Technology and Business Intelligence.

Qualifications:
Knowledge and experience with CFP case management practices within the Linkin system; familiarity with CFP policies, payment authority, and related business processes. Working knowledge of SQL and IBM COGNOS reporting is an asset.
Experience with the Linkin system, standard office tools (Word, Excel, SharePoint), and communication tools. Ability to quickly learn new technologies. Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills. Ability to present information effectively to varied audiences.
