KPMG Canada is seeking a Tax HR Business Partner to enhance talent management strategies within the Tax function. This role requires extensive HR knowledge and experience in professional services, focusing on building relationships and providing strategic insights to leadership. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience and fluency in English, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive workplace.

The Tax HR Business Partner (HRBP) works with the Tax Canadian Managing Partner (CMP) and Tax Leadership Team (TLT) on the development and implementation of the Tax Talent Management Strategy and related programs within Tax. As an ‘HR Account Manager’ for the Tax function, the HRBP collaborates with specialists in Talent Attraction, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and other HR Business Partners to assess the current state of the function from a people perspective and make recommendations for a future state to enhance talent deployment, retention, engagement, and development.

The expected base salary range for this position is $115,500 to $193,000, potentially including bonus awards. Salary is determined based on location, skills, competencies, and qualifications. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
