Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Remote Virtual Assistant to join our team in Canada. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. As a Remote Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including phone calls, emails, and mail
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and deadlines
  • Conduct research and gather information as requested
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements :

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
