Position Title : Sales Representative – Pharma Business Unit - Dermatology Topical

Reports To : Regional Sales Manager – Pharma Business Unit – Dermatology

Summary

  • Contact assigned customer accounts to sell products within a designated geographic territory.
  • Focus on territory sales targets, new business development, and troubleshooting key markets.
  • Manage special markets or complex product lines requiring strong client relationship skills.
  • Organize work routines with guidance from the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing department.

Major Areas of Responsibility

  • Understand and deliver key messages of promoted products effectively in various selling situations.
  • Engage customers with needs-based discussions, positioning products as solutions.
  • Leverage clinical, business, and social needs to drive product adoption and loyalty.
  • Treat all office staff as customers, including front office, nurses, and managers.
  • Read the environment and adapt approaches accordingly.
  • Manage territory as if it were your own business.
  • Develop customer plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Own and be accountable for results.
  • Strategic agility and business acumen : Assess territory potential, develop business plans, analyze data sources (Xponent, TSA, FSA), and optimize access to decision-makers.
  • Meet customer expectations and requirements, establishing trust and effective relationships.
  • Report adverse events within 24 hours as per training guidelines.
  • Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Sciences preferred.
  • Experience : 2-3 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience is advantageous.
  • Motivated, communicative, adaptable, and passionate about challenges.
  • Proactive in acting on business opportunities with a sense of urgency.
  • Team-oriented with strong computer, public speaking, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to discuss scientific matters confidently.
  • Other : Bilingual in French and English is an asset.
