Sura Korean Grill House is seeking a F/T Restaurant Manager

Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)

Number of Positions: 1

Work Location: 1696 Douglas Street, Victoria, BC V8W 2G6

Job Duties:

1. Recruit, train, and oversee team members
2. Establish and determine the strategies of services and implement operational procedures
3. Plan, organize, control, and evaluate the operations of a restaurant service
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
5. Control and monitor revenues and adapt procedures and prices
6. Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies
7. Manage and evaluate employee performance

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required
2. Education: Completion of secondary school is required
