Community Living BC is seeking a Manager of Indigenous Strategic Initiatives to lead a team focused on advancing reconciliation. This role involves managing projects, building relationships with Indigenous communities, and ensuring the integration of developmental disabilities into initiatives. Term / Status: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: Management Band 3, starting at $84,942 - $106,177 annually
Location: Any CLBC office (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)

The Indigenous Relations Department aims to advance Cultural Safety through research, development, and initiatives aligned with Indigenous priorities and provincial mandates.
About the opportunity:
As the Manager of Indigenous Strategic Initiatives at CLBC, you will lead a growing team responsible for advancing reconciliation across four key areas: (1) Organizational & Team Leadership; (2) Managing Indigenous Relations workplan and policies; (3) Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership development; (4) Service Design & Improvement to meet Indigenous priorities, including quality improvement, training, change management, research, and advising.
Key responsibilities:
You will supervise approximately six staff, including recruitment, onboarding, and supervision, and manage a budget of around $2,500,000.
