About This Team

The People & Culture Business Partnering team supports all people-related matters, including organizational development, performance management, employee relations, and leadership development. They work closely with managers and employees to align people strategies with business objectives.

Job Mandate

The People & Culture Business Partner is a trusted, business-oriented solution provider supporting leaders up to Vice President level across regions or business areas. They develop collaborative plans to drive the talent agenda, participate in strategic initiatives, and operate as part of the business leadership team to achieve outcomes in talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

Responsibilities
Consultation and Collaboration
  • Develop and lead people initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Use business understanding and analytical skills to diagnose issues and develop solutions related to productivity, engagement, talent attraction and retention, and rewards.
  • Act as a liaison between business and P&C centers of excellence, translating strategies and providing feedback.
  • Support localization of programs and policies balancing business needs and efficiency.
  • Coach senior leaders on various HR practices and career development.
  • Develop and implement employee advisory practices and tools.
Organizational Design & Development
  • Advise on organizational change impacts and lead large-scale OD initiatives.
Project / Initiatives and Change Management
  • Lead change management for OD and other initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders.
Talent Management
  • Manage talent activities and initiatives supporting business strategies.
Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and legal regulations.
IDEA Principles
  • Incorporate IDEA principles into leadership and organizational culture.
Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years in P&C generalist or business partner roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and business acumen.
  • Data analysis skills and ability to communicate insights effectively.
  • Relationship building, coaching, consulting, project management, and leadership development skills.
Must Haves
  • Personal responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit, honesty, courage, connection, and joy.

Authorization to work in Canada is required.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: $103,500 - $135,900, plus bonus potential. Benefits include health and dental, paid time off, retirement matching, discounts, wellness programs, development courses, and more. Eligibility requirements apply, and benefits may change at the company's discretion.
