• Prepare and chop vegetables, meats, and other ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace, following strict food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines for event preparation.
• Follow all company and health department safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role within a catering, restaurant, or food production environment.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality food.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by event schedules.
• Food Handlers Certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is preferred.
• We are willing to train someone with minimal experience if you have an exceptional attitude and work ethic.
