Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
- Assess clients’ financial situations to determine suitable mortgage products.
- Educate clients on mortgage options, rates, and terms.
- Collect and review financial documents to ensure loan eligibility.
- Submit mortgage applications and follow up on approvals.
- Stay informed about mortgage regulations, lender policies, and market trends.
- Provide top-tier customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Must-Have :
- Completed Mortgage Agent Course and licensed under FSRA.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-managed, goal-oriented mortgage sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in financial services or real estate.
