  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals.
  • Assess clients’ financial situations to determine suitable mortgage products.
  • Educate clients on mortgage options, rates, and terms.
  • Collect and review financial documents to ensure loan eligibility.
  • Submit mortgage applications and follow up on approvals.
  • Stay informed about mortgage regulations, lender policies, and market trends.
  • Provide top-tier customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Must-Have :

  • Completed Mortgage Agent Course and licensed under FSRA.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • Self-managed, goal-oriented mortgage sales professional with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client files efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales success in financial services or real estate.
  • Established network within the community to drive referrals and business growth.
  • Proven ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships with clients and lenders.
  • Familiarity with mortgage origination and home financing products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
