We’re seeking a Bilingual Investment Representative to help achieve service levels and objectives by assisting clients with account opening, maintenance, issue resolution, accepting and processing trades, and providing exceptional customer service. Success in this role requires effective problem resolution, in-depth securities knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do In The Role

• Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with questions about their accounts or the stock market
• Educate clients on our online platform’s advantages and help them navigate and trade online
• Provide accurate, responsive, and professional services, including prompt trade execution via telephone within regulatory guidelines
• Be a reliable team player, committed to team goals and ownership of tasks
• Collaborate with peers across departments to resolve client issues
• Participate in projects such as French translation initiatives as needed
• Understand and apply industry regulations (e.g., IIROC, Provincial) and Morgan Stanley policies
• Continuously learn about investments, financial markets, and company policies to better serve clients
• Maintain high personal integrity and adhere to Morgan Stanley’s Code of Conduct

What You Will Bring To The Role

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in brokerage or banking
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct Practices Handbook (CPH), and Investment Representative Training
• Valid Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO) license
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Fluent in both Quebec French and English, spoken and written
• Willingness to obtain additional licenses if required
• Ability to handle high volume requests calmly in a fast-paced environment
• Proven time management and problem-solving skills, capable of working independently remotely
• Ability to meet technological and confidentiality requirements for remote work
• Flexible to work shifts between 7am to 5pm MT, Monday to Friday
• Willingness to complete Derivative Fundamentals and Options Licensing Course (DFOL) as needed

All positions are based in Montreal, Quebec, offering a hybrid work environment. Knowledge of French and English is required.
