A leading community support agency in Toronto is seeking a Support Worker to contribute to the delivery of supports and programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities. This role requires a high-school diploma, six months of related experience, and knowledge of healthcare procedures. The successful candidate will assist in personal care, support life skills training, and liaise with families, ensuring individuals live to their full potential. The position offers 37.5 hours per week.
