Are you a self-starter with a passion for sales and an interest in the evolving hospitality tech space? We're looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing SaaS team that's modernizing the way foodservice businesses operate and serve their guests.

As a BDR, you'll play a crucial role in driving top-of-funnel growth by identifying and engaging new prospects. This is an exciting opportunity to kickstart or grow your career in tech sales, working alongside a dynamic team where your impact is direct and meaningful.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified leads
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles within the catering, hospitality, and foodservice sectors
  • Tailor outreach strategies to different personas and business needs
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls or demos with the sales team
  • Keep CRM records organized and up-to-date for smooth handoffs
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve outreach strategies and messaging
  • Provide insights from the field to shape go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
  • Comfortable initiating cold outreach and handling objections
  • Highly organized and detail-focused, with strong time management skills
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus

  • SaaS or hospitality tech experience is an asset, but not required
