General Sales Manager - Yellowknife & Hay River

Yellowknife, the capital of the Northwest Territories, offers a unique blend of urban convenience and breathtaking natural beauty, making it an enticing place to call home. Nestled on the shores of Great Slave Lake, the city is renowned for its stunning views of the Northern Lights, vibrant arts scene, and year-round outdoor adventures like hiking, fishing, snowmobiling, and paddling. Residents enjoy a tight-knit community and cultural richness shaped by Indigenous traditions and northern resilience.

In addition to outdoor activities, Yellowknife offers a wide variety of indoor options to keep residents engaged year-round. You can explore the city’s cultural side at the Prince of Wales Northern Heritage Centre, attend live performances at the Northern Arts and Cultural Centre, take part in art or cooking classes, enjoy the local restaurant and brewery scene, or catch a movie at the Capitol Theatre. Recreation facilities like the Fieldhouse and Ruth Inch Memorial Pool offer fitness classes, indoor walking tracks, and swimming, while several community groups and hobby clubs offer great ways to connect with others.

Despite its remote location, Yellowknife is well-equipped with modern amenities, including major big box stores such as Walmart, Canadian Tire, Staples, Home Hardware, and Shoppers Drug Mart, along with grocery chains like Independent and Safeway. This means you don’t have to sacrifice convenience or comfort to live in one of Canada’s most unique and naturally beautiful cities. Whether you're drawn by career opportunities, a love of nature, or the chance to be part of a welcoming community, Yellowknife offers an unmatched northern lifestyle.
