Overview:

This hands-on role is essential in managing all aspects of project execution, from scope and timelines to budgets, ensuring each project delivers value and aligns with strategic objectives and security outcomes for the organization.

The PM will support a program involving Risk, Security, and Data projects, working closely with various teams to influence project execution, security upgrades, hardware changes, and framework development.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience supporting Cybersecurity, Risk, and Data projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira

Note:

This role requires hands-on effort during planning and delivery phases, differing from traditional project management roles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Facilitate project activities and manage documentation.
• Drive successful delivery of projects within the Security team through effective management and collaboration.
• Align projects with organizational goals to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to financial and schedule constraints.
• Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide clear project updates to stakeholders, including status and milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution.
• Conduct change impact analysis to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
• Monitor project health, addressing risks and issues proactively.
