Job Description

We are seeking experienced Commercial Roofers to join our team. The skilled Commercial Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of commercial roofing systems.

Position Duties & Responsibilities

1. Installation of different types of roofing systems such as BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing systems.
2. Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools, etc.).
3. Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrating safe work practices.
4. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands, including mobility and handling at least 50 lbs.
5. Climb and operate on ladders safely.
6. Effective communication with foremen, supervisors, and other team members.

Job Requirements

1. Commercial roofing experience at all levels; at least 1 year preferred.
2. Reliable transportation.
3. Acceptable background check as per company standards.
4. Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and physical.

The hourly rate generally ranges between $20 and $33, depending on qualifications and other factors.
