  4. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  5. Work closely with stakeholders, including LOB and support teams, to gather requirements and feedback.
  6. Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
  7. Plan deliverables including coordination of dependencies with collaborators.
  8. Work in collaboration with the manager to set the priorities of the team backlog while ensuring the team’s buy-in.
  9. Cooperate with the Scrum Master to drive the team towards results and identify team improvements.
  10. Facilitate the evaluation and acceptance of the sprint deliverables.
  11. Ensure that backlog items have requirements and acceptance criteria.
  12. Participate in the team’s rituals such as daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
  13. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals.
  14. Collect and integrate the needs, requirements and expectations of the stakeholders, clients, and collaborators into the team’s backlog.
  15. Follow our competitors and the industry.
  16. Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.

What you bring to the table:

  1. Strong understanding of cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on cloud-based products or services.
  3. Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus.
  4. Proven track record of managing and delivering successful cloud products.
  5. Familiarity with HashiCorp products is advantageous.
  6. Expertise in IT governance (ITIL, Cloud framework, etc.).
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  8. Bilingualism (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
  9. No Canadian work experience required; however, must be eligible to work in Canada.
