Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) offers an exciting opportunity for new graduates to join our organization through our Career Ignition Program. This rotational development program is designed for motivated, passionate recent graduates seeking meaningful and challenging work. Participants will collaborate with our dealer network to drive success and build lasting relationships, exploring their potential and developing a career path at one of the world's most trusted brands.

The program covers the first three years of your career at TCI, including rotations in key areas such as product analysis, parts sales, marketing, service process development, and accessories planning. Each rotation aims to develop your skills and industry knowledge in these areas:

  1. Product Analysis and Development: Contribute to vendor management strategies, evaluate parts and pricing strategies, and collaborate with TCI, TMC, and TMNA.
  2. Parts Sales and Pricing: Learn about field targets, fiscal forecasting, and launching digital retail initiatives for parts & accessories.
  3. Service Marketing: Develop marketing strategies, contribute to brand campaigns, and work with advertising agencies.
  4. Service Process Development and Retention: Understand dealer processes, utilize data, and support customer retention initiatives.
  5. Accessories Planning & Marketing: Engage in market research, develop new accessories, and collaborate with global teams.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates (within the last 2 years) with an undergraduate or graduate degree, willing to work in various zones across Canada, and possess skills like critical thinking, teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for continuous improvement. Bilingual ability in French and English is an asset.
