Job description

We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to manage our clients' campaigns.

This position is hybrid (3 days in office) and based in Toronto, Ontario. You may work cross-functionally with partners located across many of our global sites, including the US and UK.

Responsibilities
  1. Drive the execution of the campaign plan: evaluate performance, optimize campaigns proactively, provide post-campaign reports, and ensure flawless setup and activation. Perform quality assurance checks on campaign setup and pre-launch processes.
  2. Ensure consistency of ad specifications and campaign objectives.
  3. Support the programmatic team with daily tasks, including weekly and ad-hoc reporting.
  4. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to foster strong relationships.
  5. Conduct regular campaign optimizations and pacing checks, updating performance trackers in real-time.
  6. Prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  7. Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgets.
  8. Perform other duties and participate in special projects as required.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with platforms like DV360, Amazon, etc.
  • Familiarity with DSP/SSP/Publisher side and Campaign Manager.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), DMP, Tag Manager, and other marketing technologies (Adobe Audience Manager, Google Tag Manager, Tealium) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a plus.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required.

  • Comfortable communicating with diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
  • Confident presenting campaign results and slide decks to various audiences.
  • Organized, able to prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data.
Additional Information

Intermediate level experience required.

Pay range: $32.25 - $37.00/hr.
