We are looking for a Programmatic Specialist to manage our clients' campaigns.
This position is hybrid (3 days in office) and based in Toronto, Ontario. You may work cross-functionally with partners located across many of our global sites, including the US and UK.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of the campaign plan: evaluate performance, optimize campaigns proactively, provide post-campaign reports, and ensure flawless setup and activation. Perform quality assurance checks on campaign setup and pre-launch processes.
- Ensure consistency of ad specifications and campaign objectives.
- Support the programmatic team with daily tasks, including weekly and ad-hoc reporting.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to foster strong relationships.
- Conduct regular campaign optimizations and pacing checks, updating performance trackers in real-time.
- Prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
- Monitor creative calendars and campaign budgets.
- Perform other duties and participate in special projects as required.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with platforms like DV360, Amazon, etc.
- Familiarity with DSP/SSP/Publisher side and Campaign Manager.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), DMP, Tag Manager, and other marketing technologies (Adobe Audience Manager, Google Tag Manager, Tealium) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is a plus.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required.

- Confident presenting campaign results and slide decks to various audiences.
- Organized, able to prioritize multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex data.

Intermediate level experience required.
Pay range: $32.25 - $37.00/hr.
